How We Work

We understand that choosing a financial advisor can be intimidating and overwhelming. Each client and their situation is unique, and so each on-boarding process will be different. Below is an overview of the process for our office and what it looks like once you are working with us. Our hope is that you will be comfortable calling, emailing, or texting us with any questions you may have, whether you are in the gathering data stage, or have been a client with us for many years!

The Initial Meeting

We offer a free consultation for you to get to know us and ask any questions you may have. We meet with you in the way that fits with your schedule, whether that be face-to-face in our office, virtually (Zoom or Microsoft Teams), or by phone. Our online calendar offers those options and our available appointment times.

Becoming A Client

When you decide to work with us, we send you our client profile to complete, which contains all the information needed to generate your paperwork. This process, including signing most documents, can be done electronically. We will also help you complete other companies' transfer paperwork if needed.

Financial Planning

For those who utilize our financial planning option, we provide you with tools that include an online portal and secure online vault. After gathering your financial data and putting together your plan, we'll sit down with you and talk through the ins and outs to ensure that you will walk away with a plan you can be confident in.

Working With Us

We touch base periodically throughout the year to see how things are going, but you are always welcome to call, email, or text us with any questions that arise, or set up an appointment. Each client has access to an online portal, where you can see your account(s) and view your account statements.
